Sochi nights: Olympic capital remains vibrant after dark

​From snowboarding to skiing, puck slapping to figure skating, hundreds of athletes compete in Sochi every day in search of gold. But while the world’s eyes remain locked on Sochi by day, life certainly doesn’t stop after dark. Just one look in the city’s hotels, restaurants, clubs and shops will tell you: life in the Olympic capital is busier and more exciting than ever before. Spectators and athletes alike say the nightlife in Sochi is not only well-organized , but an absolute blast. “Everything her is amazing, all the athletes are very pleased,” says Denis Ten, a figure skating bronze medalist.
